Our directors are Peter Bozinoski and Lazarus Mavridis who are both professionals in the building industry.

Peter holds qualifications in both the Building and Real Estate Industry, which include a Bachelor of Technology (Building Surveying), Associate Diploma Applied Science (Building Inspection) and Certificate in Real Estate for Agents’ Representatives.

A qualified professional, Peter has vast experience working in areas such as Victoria, Queensland, Northern Territory, New South Wales and Tasmania.

Peter’s wealth of experience in the building and property development profession for more than 15 years has allowed him to utilise this experience on projects throughout Australia.

Peter’s experience stems from working for various local council’s in Victoria, permit certification, building regulatory audits, building inspections, site and development design analysis, property development feasibility studies and identifying key property development sites throughout Australia.

Lazarus is a qualified building surveyor and project manager with over 15 years experience in building control with local council’s and in the private sector.

Furthermore he also holds qualifications in Construction and Risk Management and has a Masters in Facility Management. His primary experience is in building audits and construction management.

He is an accomplished building surveyor and project manager who has controlled many major projects throughout Victoria and New South Wales and has consulted on many complicated buildings in the industrial, commercial, retail, residential and health care areas including office refurbishments and large-scale multi-residential subdivisions.
