Bundoora Project

The client's requirements were to design 2 large homes with planty of open space and natural light. After careful consideration, the team at Projectfacilitator came up with the concept of designing two homes one behind the other on separate titles, hence no body corporate. We encountered a wall with council in relation to proposing a second storey at the rear. We appealed council's refusal and put together a very strong case at VCAT. The result was in favour of our client, hence approval was achieved for two, two storey contemporary homes of some 20 squares each.
