This quality development of 3 beach homes on a corner allotment of 708 square meters has taken Projectfacilitator over 14 months to achieve the desired approvals. We were faced with objections from local residents, council and local anti-development groups, yet with our committment and expertise we have exceeded our clients expectations. The property was purchased with the view to place 2 units on the site, however Mr Peter Bozinoski, Director of Projectfacilitator had other ideas. Those ideas were carefully explained to our client and they placed their trust on our expertise to deliver a quality development of two, 16 square homes over two levels and another of some 18 squares over two levels.
