Our client bought this corner site with the intention of placing 2 units. After numerous meetings with our client we convinced them that the site presents a great opportunity to build three, two storey townhouses. The client agreed to proceed on our recommendations and it certainly was a long process with council and VCAT. However, our team at Projectfacilitator managed to obtain an approval through VCAT for three, two storey, three bedroom townhouses giving our client a greater return on their investment.
