The site measures 10m wide by 17m deep and had a double fronted weatherboard house.
As the site was in a heritage area we knew from the outset that we would have a tough task ahead of us to
achive the clients brief. The brief was to demolish the existing house and build two attached townhouses, with two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor
with the entire upper level being open plan kitchen, dining and living area and an external balcony which enjoys views of the sepctacular city skyline.

With our expertise and knowlege we achieved all the necessary goals and delivered the project to the client exceeding their expectations.
