This building and site located in the heart of Geelong CBD, comprises of an existing 100 year old, 2 storey solid brick building sitting on approximately 76m2. Projectfacilitator on behalf of the property owners has  managed to come up with a design and has received council approval to construct a 6 storey office building with each floor comprising a strata titled office suite. Construction will be commencing soon.
